Photo of Cesar Estrada Chavez Gets Ripped Off Again

I hate it when people rip me off. My photograph has been repurposed by many designers and photographers. Of course I never get a bit of cash or even a 6 point photo credit. 

I guess I can sue them, but what if they only made $50? I wonder if he sold the "art" to the San Jose union for their poster at the bottom of the page?
